I had to guess on the shape of the shield because it is so small. It is located above the "T" in FIFTEEN.

That's an interesting one. The 13AF movement is an uncommon one. It seems that Bulova experimented with it for a short time. The watches with this movement all have the shorter than average hour hand. I had no luck with ads but believe your watch is a match to THIS ONE.  Unfortunately, still an Unknown

That does look like a match. Movement number and case number are very close.

I just discovered the letter F or E stamped on the side of the case centered between the lugs. It is stamped so that the bottom 1/3rd of the letter is missing because it extended beyond the bottom edge of the case.

This might actually be 2 letters 'GF' which stands for Gold Filled. I have seen this before on a few watches of this eera.
