Nope, not a Lone Eagle or a Mercury.
Just how is that small movement attached to the dial? What's keeping it in place?
It's a Pemberton and a very nice example of one as well.

Will - I just acquired a SECOND Pemberton and it's the GF version. Interesting that is was made in both solid and GF (and they are identical). The GF version has a 17 j 8 AN mvt while this one has an 8 AT. The GF has the style hands shown in the ad while this one has the cathedral style. The GF is also fully attributed to Bulova inside the case back, including the June 10, 1924 Pat Date. I'll add it soon - I think it's in the watch garage for an oil change right now.....
