Here's an interesting one. Green gold with a dial that is intricately engraved like a womens watch. The only other example I find in the database of this dial treatment (mens watch) is this one, a 1927 Ambassador. The dial is a different shape, so neither is a potential swap. Is this possibly an upgrade/special order? I'm thinking this is a
1929 Banker, and appears to be a factory unicorn :o)
A yellow (green) gold Banker. Very nice!
It certainly does raise the question if there were upgrade options or a variety of options for dials and case colour available. Most adverts don't mention the color and all show the standard plain dial.
1929 Bulova Banker.
Advert that mentions green or whte gold options.

1929 Banker based on case - anyone's guess on the dial
In my book I discuss “standard dials” and “special dials” of which Bulova had many. I guess the dial on the subject watch is yet another “special dial”.
