Preliminary call would be 1928 Templar.
The movement is a 15J 13AF with a very clear square date code (1927). This is consistent with other Templars in the database.
The case is marked Bulova American Standard14 K white gold filled with a June 10, 1924 patent date.
This watch definitely has character. It's had a tough life. I took a chance and bought it cheap because it was missing a crown. I replaced the stem with one from another 13AF movement. Other than that, I just had to relume the hands. It runs like a champ.
