Bulova 1928 Clare

Hi all I received this Bulova ladies watch along with a similar Westfield watch this morning. I think may be a 1928 model as the 15 Jewel 6AF movement is marked with a crescent moon and serial number 204711. The hinged case is marked inside  Pat. June 10 1924. Bulova. 14k Rolled gold plate. New York, and the serial number 8302506.  

The watch still has the dust cover in place and seems to be running fine. The case is in 14k white rolled gold plate and has a blue sapphire crown . I also think the Speidel bracelet may be original to the watch , and the only defect is the safety chain is missing . The dial looks to be fine condition and it has blue steel hands.
