Interesting. I have one dated 1928 with the same case, dial style, and movement, except mine has a seconds subdial.
Very similar to the 'JULIANNA' - Oct 20 1928 ad. - the Case engraving is identical.
This one is missing a Hand and has a piece of the Stem broken off in the Movement, other than that it looks as if it will run.

Yes, similar to the Juliana, which I also have, but, as I'm sure you know, the Juliana has regular lugs and the seconds subdial.
My 1928 unknown described above has a saphire crown, while my Juliana has a regular flat crown (as shown in the ad). I don't know which would be appropriate for your watch, but my guess would be the saphire.

Um No. As stated above, case is similar, not a match. Case engraving used over different models or variants does not make a match.
As you yourself stated in the "Lone Eagle" blog, apparently Bulova produced a different/same model after they changed a "name" for publicity purposes.
There are at least three different models with this same case. I have one with wire lugs and a seconds subdial, then there's Fifth's with wire lugs and no seconds subdial, then there is the one that matches the Juliana ad, shown below, which, by the way, also has a different dial.
I don't see how it makes sense to call them all the Juliana. In fact, when my 1928 wire lug version (see below) was posted here, it was rejected by all as the Juliana, and it is closer to a match than Fifth's.
The Juliana is a Ladies' Sports Model, all of which had regular, rather than wire, lugs, as most were intended to be on leather straps. They also tended to have radium dials, like the men's models.

The closest match to the 'UNKNOWN' subject occurs in 1923 ad 2 although the engraving pattern and Case composition (14K vs 18K advertised)(?) differs.
