Hinged Case - 14kt white gold filled Marked Bulova on the inside 15X24mm excluding crown. Lug end to lug end 28mm. Movement - 15 jewel swiss. Sapphire in crown.
Do not know name of this watch nor the exact date - possibly Barroness or Vivien and possibly 1926 - if someone can help. It has a Flip top case.
I agree, the Dial looks like the 'VIVIAN' from the 1926 ad and the Triangle Date stamp would confirm. The Case design matches also but the engraving details do not (?)
The Dial detailing on this Watch is fabulous!
The case matchs the 1927 Debutante, don't know about the dial variation??
As has been remarked on by myself in other watch threads, the case engraving and even the dials are different for solid gold and filled cases, as this helps to visually identify between such, making it hard to sell a solid gold model as plated, thus losing revenue.
Could be the Vivian, very similar dial design and case shape. The only definite difference is the engraving on the case.
