Bulova American Standard case , looks like it was re plated, the whole thing is gold in out and movement casing as well. Has it been tampered with?
That looks original to me, why plate the movement holder to match?
Green gold filled available in 1928, why not in 1926?
1926 Trojan.

This is from a 1928 ad but it sure looks close.

You're coming up with some real gems Zappatore.

Keeping you on your game lol, it seemed odd to me, but in the gold ones is the movement holder gold?

Beats me. I've never had a yellow gold one that old.
We were simulcasting Bobbee!
That's too cool for school Al.
Green gold, can you see it? I can, slightly green tinge. Nice.
The movement holder will match in a Bulova watch. Why, like I said, why have a non-matching holder?
It's all good.

I'm very excited!! And can't wait to wear it , hands look to match the add too! It's runn strong so no work needed. Only question is the second hand is gold. Is that official!
First time we see this model called the Conqueror is December 1927, so this baby is a Trojan.
Yep.. I've seen this watch before. In fact I think I just saw one, unless it was this one. =)
