I see we have a "Romola" model in the drop-down list, but I don't see an ad for it on site. I found this December 1928 ad. What are the odds of Bulova having similar model names for such similar watches? Maybe a typo below? ...but how did model name get in drop-down menu?
Edit: My bad, we do have a 1928 ad for Romola on site:

The dials seem to be different between the Ramona and the Ramola. The minute tracks seem to be flat across the top and bottom of the dial on the Ramola and rounded on the Ramona. Also the Ramona appears to have a jeweled crown and the Ramola doesn't.
