There might be one more number in the serial number.  It may be covered by the brass gear.

In December 1924 this silver nurse watch was advertised in the newspapers. I think, Dennis, you found it!

This is a very special watch I think. My first impression was that it was very (1923 serial) early MENS model but WOW, now that I've seen the advert it surprise me find it's a ladies model! Everything I see on it seems correct and original. I'm with Alex:
