I found this along with many other watches in some old dresser drawers of my mothers that are heirlooms. Being the only one interested in watches in the slighest i took it upon myself to find out what these actually are! I really hope this watch can be identified!
Thanks in advance for the help guys/gals!

Early movements in general, yes they often had both. Not sure about most of the 10AA, but we see 10AA exaples with both. Also noting the movement signature "Bulova Watch Co." which indicates post April 1923 or there abouts.
EDIT: Maybe that shoud be post June 1923...
Subject watch enlarged below.

Here's another ad snippet from June 1923 showing 153/154. Click on graphic for full ad.

Thanks for your knowledge Mr. Smith. With that, then the date code will usually be stamped on the barrel bridge (the piece that has 16 jewels stamped on it) or on on the main frame of the watch near the balance wheel. Usually, not always.
Case serial number is 1373655 so I would say the watch is from 1923, as the second number in the case serial number of these pre 1925 watches usually indicate the year of manufacture.
A 1923 Bulova 154 (14K gold) works for me.
23 Bulova 154

I'll go tentative '23 Bulova 154
Hello RumblyEvilACE, welcome to myBulova. I love it that you got this from your mothers dresser. I'm a big fan of family heirlooms, I hope you'll enjoy this one for a good long time.
It's difficult to be sure because of the the fuzzyness of the ads but I'll go along with my fellow panel members in tagging this one a 1923 Bulova 154. Very cool old watch, congratulations!

Thanks a ton! I really appreciate all of the help guys!
154.
Since the movement is Bulova Watch Co, and we don't see a date code...are we saying the movement is the latter part of 1923, but not from 1924 due to no Asterisk date symbol?
