Now it gets interesting, I originally bought this watch as "Norma" in 1924 (judging by the dial style)
but when I opened the watch I came to the conclusion that it would be rather model "6718" from 1922.
Movement is labeled as Bulova WCO RP1, case marking has 18 MPK and engraved date 12-11-22

6718 has an exploding dial type unlike the subject watch. Dial replacement perhaps?
Case style matches as does the movement jewels.

Most, if not all dials by then (1924 ownards) had Bulova on the dial. Its only the early pre 1923 (we think) watches didn't always had Bulova stamped on the dial.
No name on the dial and no name on the case also? Weren't the cases at least marked for this period?
The marking 18 MP k is Swiss, "Méttaux (ch) Précieux SA". Indicating 18k gold.
Yeah Rob, I'm kind of wondering the same thing but as I study the advert above I note that it appears to not be marked Bulova and the case is dead on match. Short of the dial difference I am inclined to go with "6178".
It's certainly early and I'm not sure if Bulova were making solid gold cases this early, but using other case manufactures which would explain the MP case. I could be wrong.

The central engraving of the dial differs, but I believe these were finished by hand, so not unusual.
Given the Gold case which does indeed match so well, I am also fine with 6718.
The Movement model is undocumented to Date, I'd like to confirm the model.
