'Damaskeene' dial shows painted black numerals and black modern style hour and minute hands.
*note: There is no Bulova hallmark on the dial leading Me to believe the watch is a Lady Maxim model.

My bad
This is a Bulova 6716
6714-B
There are several strong hints that these early numbered models referenced 'LADY MAXIM' watches.
This ad is dated Dec 1922

as mentioned, the lack of any Bulova hallmark on the subject dial leads Me to believe it is from the 'LADY MAXIM' line of watches.
Nothing concrete, yet.
I'm not entirely sure about the 6714.
The 1922/23/24 adverts all show the 6714 as a different watch. The 6716 is a case shape match but are all listed as 18K solid gold.
Perhaps in 1921/22 the 14K version was the 6714-B, as per the advert. This is the only advert we have I think that indicated 14K for this model.
I'm going to suggest that there is a subtle difference between the 6714 and the 6714-B, the same way we see the difference between the 6716 and the 6716-S.

6716-B works, chalk the discrepancy up to a typo in the ad.
Sorry, sorry, I was not fully awake. Of course this is the 6716, not 6714.
1922 Bulova 6716 looks like a good match to me.
1922 Bulova 6716
the 6716 is 18k solid gold
the 6714-b is 14k solid gold.
subject watch is 14k, so its a 6714-b or the ad are not well listed...... in the ad of 6716 all watch are 18k .....none with 14k.
why it should be the 18k?
i dont understand.....
