OK, so I might have a problem lol. To justify my addiction, this one is my favorite so far! I'm guessing early 20s. Band may be original. Very dainty leather. Blue hands with a jewel on the crown. The crystal is cracked. I have a feeling it's been replaced before, as it barely has a scratch on it (other than that crack). The case isn't Bulova. S&S is printed on inside of back cover. Movement says Bulova W Co. Works but has stopped on me once. So much personality is this little watch! I'm amazed the band is still functional!
Wow, that's a cool one Tessa. All I can say at this point is the movement was produced prior to April 1923 based on the signature being Bulova W. Co.
1921 to 1923 is a good bet. I'm unfamiliar with the case maker, it may or may not be a Bulova sanctioned case. Band is likely an improvised fix (but very cool) done a very long time ago.
I stand at unknown for now.

Thank you! =)
If only these watches could talk, huh?! I'm torn between wearing it or keeping it in a glass case lol. It's so unique!
A early beauty for sure. It bears a resemblence to the Ladies numbered series 150 - 158, it appears some were solid gold and some were plated. Flower/leaves designs very similar - like this one.

Face also resembles this Lady Maxim with different text instead of "Bulova"

I would have it serviced and wear it :o)

Both of those are very close! Thank you!
Wearing it right now and absolutely love it! It feels timeless =)
It is a very cool watch! I love these engraved cases and the shape. Looks to be nice shape for the age. There is very little advertising at this time. Here is a 1921 ad that is the shape of your watch but very little info on the ad unfortunately.

Thank you =)
The shape is so unique! I appreciate the ad! I knew this one would be difficult, given the age. I found a hard one lol.
Bulova had this model and called it the 158. But......the cases were always from American Standard. I never heard of this S&S watch case company. Could very well be a Bulova movement in an unknown case.

Thank you! I was wondering the same thing, about the case.
Still hunting. Can't find anything yet, on S&S W.C.Co.cases.
Success in the hunt!
