Marked "Bulova Precision" on the dial, and Favre Watch Co along with Bulova Watch Co on the movement. 3 Adjustments, and 15 jewels.
Such a unique and cool piece! Sorry to say.... Super Rare!

Oh wow... I had always wondered when this was gonna happen by accident. I picked this up in a lot of a dozen ladies Bulova's relatively cheaply several months ago and forgot about it until today. Ya .. delete his and keep mine!

Was Precision an actual model name? I coulde see if it were a Gents but It would seem odd for a Ladies piece.
