Interesting ad. I have not seen the Calendial name associated with a Bulova watch, only Caravelle. But this ad clearly shows a Calendial name on a Bulova logo'd watch. It also closely resembles a 1974 Unknown watch https://www.mybulova.com/watches/1974-unknown-7402 down to the sunburst dial but the unknown is yellow gold. Could this be a new model name? Also an interesting Commander model.

Possible new model name from 1979 newspaper ad. It sounds like there was a collection of mens and ladies Roman numeral and clean stick marker dial watches with the name Classic.

Got an ad match for this unknown but no name. Does confirm it was a Bulova produced watch with the faceted crystal.

La Petite ad from 1978 confirming this model existed as late as 1978. Matches this unknown in case but not in jewel count. The 1979 ad shows the 17J count like the unknown but no name. I propose the 1979 La Petite had the movement down sized to the 17J as shown in the ad to keep costs down as the quartz crisis excelerated.
