I have a 1977 218 Railroad Approved Accutron that loses about 6 seconds per day. I know that's nowhere near the accuracy that was advertised when the watch was new, but what is it reasonable to expect for accuracy now, considering that the internal components are almost 50 years old? It's running on a new 1.5V battery.
Thanks,
TQ

Here's a video that demonstrates how to regulate an Accutron 218 movement: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sq0vrLyu_J0
