Welcome Sarge to myBulova - this is a great looking pocket watch. I can't remember a watch with three date codes, is it possible to get a close up on that? I agree with Bob that we should probably date this one 1941. Between the case s/n and the asterisk it makes sense that it is. I like the curve of the case down to the engraving, very distinctive.
