Although Swiss hall marked cases of Bulova exist, they are all signed with "Bulova W. Co. ". I am afraid the watch is a Franken. What adds to that suspicion is the combination of dial and movement: the movement is from 1926, but the dial with the gold numbers was introduced by Bulova in 1929. I would pass if you are looking for a genuine Bulova. If you like the watch (and the case is nice!) go ahead for pure decorative value......
