The strap is most like a gold filled or gold plated capped bracelet with stainless back.

The band is most likely gold plated top caps on stainless and likely original to the watch. It should be marked on the ends where they attach to the watch. 11ANC is the movement model. I added it to the description for you.

1974 Bulova Longchamp seems like the most likely name.  I can't seem to find anything to document confirm the name.

Rolled gold g4 does that mean the strap is actually rolled gold 9ct or plated rolled gold??
