Because I love this watch model I took advantage of finding a second one and picked it up. I can now keep one in the case and have one to wear and enjoy. This was a blurry listing I took a chance on hoping it was what I thought it was. The dial is slightly different than my first example. Interesting that the two ads seem to match the two watches.
I believe this is an Academy Award "J". It has a 10K gold filled case that is dated stamped L0. It has a working 6BA 21 jewel movement that is dated stamped 49. I was happy to find a correct band to put on it. I don't think these would be quite the same without this band. Thanks.
Nice line up there Miss Kathy. I agree that the original bracelet really completes the package.
