Found this in an antique store, needs a new bezel and a correct band. I believe this is a 1961 Snorkel 666, but I have no way of knowing for sure. The serial number on the case is 350540

Yes, sorry, WE usually try to uncover ads which help us ID these watches, You can look through them too, it's fun. There are links at the top of the home page. If you go to the forums, you'll also find ads listed by decade. This, hopefully would be found in the 60's decade.

I'm guessing 1961 since it's an M1, it's unfortunate that I can't track the serial number on the case, I have no way to open the back to check the movement, and I don't want to mar the finish any more than it is already. I suppose I could go see a watch guy but ...etc. Thanks for the heads up! ;)

Hi Dennis For price discussions and valuation, we use the Private Message system. You can Private Message (PM) the watch owner by clicking on the link at the bottom of the root record.
You should see the two choices (in ornage colored text) for "Ad to My Favorites" (which saves the watch record in your account so you can find it easily at a later time) and to its right Send member a private message. By clicking on this link, you can communicate with the watch owner off the open boards for things like price, valuation, and other transactions/communications. Thanks
