1958 ad below left.  Subject watch and another Diamond Dail "23" newspaper ad from November 1958 included.  Caseback is more similar to the "23's" on site then the BB's. I think it's the similarities in the case backs which point towards an unknown variant "23" vs BB.

Another helpful record for subject ID is this 1958 Bulova 23, which has a Diamond Dial.  Case backs similar btwn this record and subject watch.

1959 and onwards looks like these went under the Beau Brummel name.

Beau Brummel is my call....Variant unknown.....ZZW is 30 J.

"23", as we have ads for a 1950 BB now.

I've changed my vote to Unknown.  IMO -while it look more like a "23" in some ways, it also shares charactoristics with BB.  It's Unknow to me which of the two it could be, regardless if I favor "23" over BB.

Votes to date.

First picture is form watchophilla. But I was noticing the similarities in the face of the watch and how the band is connected plus the setting of the diamonds. There is an ad for the Beau but for the life of me I cannot figure out how to attach it. I'm just looking at pictures plus the ads states comes in yellow. It looks like a predecessor to the  1960 Beau zzw with 30J that was mentioned above. What do the experts think?
