Looks terribly close to the minute man but the lugs extend a bit further. Also the is one strp which I have not noted in the 38 Minute Man. Maybe the Case is from another year? Maybe another watch all together??
Case measures 47mm in Length 19 mm in width 4-5 mm in depth (not including caseback or crystal)
looks very close to Minute Man to me too. Case serial number suggests 1939 w/ a 1938 movement.
'PALM BEACH' according to Crystal specs, the discussion occured last Year sometime.

Saw some activity on another Watch that is very similar to mine, as this one was not fully confirmed. Bumping it up to possibly add light for you guys on the matter.
With the new ad that Fifth produced, the "Marshall" would be my call.

Manufacture Date should be 1939 based on Case Serial Number.
