Don't pull, slowly turn crown back, and try to tip the mechanism into your hand.

The movement is most likely to be an 11AF 17Jewel. That's what is in mine. This is not an easy case to open. It's a 2 piece deal that is friction fitted together. The main case comes out of the bezel ring from the bottom, then you have to remove the crystal and reflector ring to lift out the movement. If your not sure, just leave it be.
