10k real gold-plated case/bezel, stainless steel back, waterproof, shock resistant, self-winding, leather band gold buckle.

The inside of the case back has "21583" w/ the 5 underscored, "87XCX", and an illegible signature (possibly a date?) engraved/etched.

If I'm not mistaken, haven't we seen this anomaly on several other occasions - 1960 marked case with 1970 marked movement? I seem to recall a conclusion being reached that a run of movements were mis-stamped with an N instead of a M?

If you can replace the exiting photo. If you are not able you can use the "Insert image via URL' button in the toolbar and select the small magnify glass icon in the pop up and then upload your image using: Upload > Add file > {select your image } > Open > Insert.

You may need to make sure the image size has been reduced to 800px wide before uploading.
