I have recently associated American Standard Watch Co. with the Westfield brand here: AMERICAN STANDARD WATCH COMPANY | myBulova.com
'LADY MAXIM'
the ad is dated 1922 and the details are in the descriptive text. https://mybulova.com/sites/default/files/uploaded_photos/user10325/The_Salem_News_1922_05_10_Page_4.jpg
* This would be a ribbon model in an engraved case.

I am 100% agree with you! Dated 1920 by the case and its surely a women watch by the model. The only known line at this period is the lady maxim. moreover you got an ad to cover this !

I'm seeing 14k solid white gold with a 15 jewel movement in that ad. That doesn't seem to match the watch posted.

you are right about the jewels count.

The last lines of the descriptive text:
14k Solid White Gold Case, 15 Jewel Wrist Watch, for $27.50. Other Models $12.50 up.
This is the closest I can find going back to 1921 showing what appears to be the case but not the dial.

This is actually my watch that I submitted some pics online here about a years and a half ago. I was looking for information because I could not find another actually like it anywhere. It looks like it is a rare find for sure. I am thinking about selling it soon and was searching for pricing references and found this thread about my watch. Very cool! Any info is very appreciated.
It being 18K solid gold is the key factor for your watch being rarer than others and more valuable. There's not a massive amount of value in the movement, so if anything your watch would be valued at least at whatever the value of spot gold is.
Model wise I think we should update to a 1921 Lady Maxim

I do not think You would be wrong by updating the ID to 'LADY MAXIM' Stephen, there's really nothing else it could be. The choices seem simple enough from this era, a 'RUBAIYAT' or the 'LADY MAXIM' and it's not a 'RUBAIYAT'
