Bulova 1948 His Excellency

Hello, I am trying to identify this watch for a friend. The watch is still being shipped so I do not have many photos to share. This Bulova has a unique “Bottle Cap” bezel design that goes nicely with the unique numerals. I have also seen this watch be labeled as a “Bottle Cap” Bulova but with vague results. The best guess I can get is that it is from the 50’s but I do not have a movement number, just a case serial number. Any help identifying this watch would be great. Thank you.
