This is a stepper motor Quartz, and they last a long time. The slotted screw head south east of the tuning fork logo is the trim pot, and it means you can dial these in if they drift.
One thing about ALL quartz movements, it is best to keep them running. If they are allowed to stop for long periods of time they get very sticky and may not start again. This is where the watch has a pulse, but nothing is moving. While you can get a watchmaker to clean them out, this requires full dismantling of the movement, a fair bit of work. The wheels are often plastic and the idea was they are self lubricating in some instances. Long periods of non-running may also result in a leaky battery, and this will really mess them up.
It's a good looking watch!
