Wow just a really cool mid 70's watch from Bulova. The back is unusual that it isn't marked Bulova, but it sure is indeed a Bulova. Maybe made for overseas as we've seen with some of these Set-O-Matics?
As I recall, there seemed to be much debate in the past about these being Bulova assembled, or Pacific Rim/India/Pakistan produced using Bulova movements. Here is one that appears identical. It's odd that there is neither a date stamp or "Bulova" on the case. I can't find a reference to this one in ads or linebooks.
I am going to have to vote Unknown for the time being.
We can check the 7596-1 case reference in the 1972 ABC part catalog. That should give us a hint if it's legit or not. The reference should show the movement 11BSACB.
The watch does have a familiar look about it.

So the case is legit and houses the correct movement. Now to match a model.
We've seen these before, some suspect (wide gap between movement and case date code). Typically they had the stylized Goddess of Time on the case back. I do not know te model (Unknown) but there is very faint markings on the case back outside. I think this one is legit. I call this case style "Stadium".
Definitely a legit watch. I remembered it from a 1974 ad I found in the forum. 1974 Bulova President Set-O-Matic

Jim, well done. I think you nailed this one!
