Wow that is a big hunk of 18KT gold!   I believe it is an international model due to the serial number and the fact it is 18KT vs 14KT we find in the US.   For me this is a 1973 Bulova Accutron International Date & Day.

I don't know anything about this as I inherited it. You think the case is 18k gold? I've never been able to find one where the winder is at 3 o'clock. They are always at 4 o'clock. Maybe it makes mine rare?

My recollection from one I owned similar was somewhere around 18-20 grams for gold right there, maybe a wee bit more? I agree that we should tag it a 1973 Accutron Date and Day, I think adding the "International" variant is fine too.
