I would say it is Accutron Day Date "AD", the advert is unfortunately unreadable, I see small differences on the dial, but that I will not be far from the truth

I have the watch Service Manual that covers everything from battery replacement to complete watch rebuild. Bulova sent me that in .PDF format years ago, I don't see a way to post that here.

Hello  tryoty, welcome to myBulova. This is a very nice old Accutron. I like the day date at 12 and 6 variation, we don't see that on my Bulovas.

I agree that it's an Accutron Day Date "AD" model.
