The TE-10 is a Clock.
The TE-11 is a Cycle timer.
(I do not see any Hour or Minute hands on the illustration of the TE-11)
imo the subject ACCUTRON resembles the TE-10

Thank you for your continued interest however I respectfully disagree with your conclusion based on the fact, amongst many other data points, that the illustration of the TE-10, as opposed to the TE-11, does not include any external electrical contacts to connect “one or more contact closures” encased within the instrument housing to any device it is intended to trigger. The external contacts are shown the my photo of the front of the unit and the “contact closure” mechanisms and their wiring are featured in my photo of the internal mechanism attached to my submission. Have a nice evening.
The answer to it being either a clock or timer is in the thickness according to the model listing.
- 0.5 inch for a clock (TE-10)
- 0.68 inch for a timer (TE-11)
Here is a better resolution of the list, which I'm pretty sure leans towards this entry being a TE-10.
I'd love to own one of these.

I can confirm that this is not a TE-11, but a TE-10 unless it measures the larger 1 7/8 of an inch, which then makes it a TE-13

Future self saying ... "not so far past self".
Thank you all for the attention to this wonderful piece of Bulova history. I can confirm it measures 1 5/16” x 1 5/16” however, because the housing containing the Connection lugs is longer than the instrument itself, I cannot measure the thickness of the instrument without tearing it down completely.
I have written to Bulova in hopes of getting their expertise in identifying this aerospace instrument. I will gladly share their response when I get one.
For now, I’m just happy I have either a TE-10 or TE-11 on my desk and appreciate the interest and passion obvious in this group.
If they come back to you, they will probably tell you to just ask us.
Here's the document which shows what the TE-11 looks like.

Excellent documentation.
Could not ask for better.
I must concede it is a TE-10.
The external connections continue to befuddle me but I’m fully convinced.
Thank you for all your diligent efforts.

Whoa! Hold the phone a second. I may have jumped the gun. Look at the last line of the document under “Optional Features”. It lists as optional “12 or 24 hour dial with second, minute and hour hands.”
I love a good mystery.
