Welcome and thanks for sharing. Based on the back stamp that appears to be "M6", your watch is a 1966. I finally found it in Bulova 1967 Linebook165. It appears to be a

 1966 Lady Of Fashion "C"  on what appears to be the original band.

Sorry, we don't assign values. There are too many variables. Your best bet is to go to ebay and look at completed auctions for like models.

Assuming a 17J movement then 1966 Lady Of Fashion "C"  is a good match.
