Watch Description

Orange dial reads: "Bulova - Oceanographer - Automatic - Snorkel - 666 Feet - T S wiss T."  The "Bulova" name is raised, done with applied metallic coloured letters. Movement is signed: "Bulova Watch Co. - 11ALACD - 17 Jewels Seventeen - Swiss - Unadjusted - BXW -  M5".  Cross-haired dial with magnified date window and "starfish" style hands. Scre w-in caseback is signed "Bulova - Waterproof" with the figure skater motif.  Strap lug width is 18 mm.  All steel 35 mm diameter case (excluding the non-screw-down Bulova signed crown) with bi-directional, ratcheted dive time bezel. Original paint of the bezel indices possibly worn off. Inner side of case-back is signed "Stainless Steel - Swiss - MLB (inside a tombstone-shaped figure) - 386-1 - M5".

Yes.  That is what I believe we have here.  I am not aware of any orange dial Snorkels in this clearly is marked oceanographer. The president is there for the oceanographers to have snorkel on the dial.
