Sorry Wayne, got sidetracked. I'm in, or done or something.

One damn long work weekend :-(

Yeah, I know whatcha mean! I have been up since 2 am setting my watches, well the three that work.

I used to love Fall Back, at 2 am the bars rolled the clock back, if they had one, for another hour of drinkin & chasin fuggly ugglies! Now I'm happy just to reset my watches. I leave the clocks for the wife, it takes her about a week to get'em all! lol

Love the watch. I have one with case back marked M0. Every thing else is identical. Mine has a bad case of the run fasts and I have tried just about every thhing to slow it down short of a hammer.

Cleaned and oiled and adjusted but still run fast. I will figure it out sooner or later cause I really do like the watch and would wear it every day if it kept correct time.

Put a rubber jewel in the centre pivot, John!  :  )

Not a bad idea. I may have to try that. HaHaHa

Mine is like the very clear picture with the 12 ,2,4,6,9 and 10.

I will be tryinng one more adjustment before I try the rubber jewel.

I have the same dial on my '55 Clipper. It sounds like the "hairspring blues". I have not a clue where they are concerned!

New database ads show the 'ROYAL CLIPPER' with a plain Dial.
