Bulova 1964 International

Bulova manual wind watch with second hand as a small second window.  Has a red bull type logo below the Bulova name plate.  Silver case with black face, thin hour and minute hand, all markers are dashes and no second markers.  I received the watch as a gift around 2001 and don't have any details on date or model.  I have looked through the decade links and I see similarities to the '59 President model, the '62 Drake model and most similar to '64 Squadron model (except face color).  It seems like there may be a stamp on the back of the case, but it is very faint and I cannot make it out (I think it may be an M, follow by 4 #s, 0128 maybe) and something else above that stamp, but I also cannot make it out.
