This is a model that has been on my wishlist that I didn't know if I would ever be lucky enough to pick up. It is interesting that I found that it changes variants a couple of times. Per the linebooks it looks like 1964 was the first year for this model. It starts out as a Diadem "Y" in 1964, it then changes to the Diadem "EE" in 1965, and then Diadem "H" in 1967 and remains there. This was a long lasting model, making it until at least 1975 by the linebooks and went up in price considerably.
The movement has a M4 date code and the case serial number corresponds starting with a 4, it also has roman numerals on the inside of the case with the last 3 numbers.
A very pretty watch but much smaller than I was expecting. Beautiful diamonds!

Thanks Jim!
Those are some wonderful diamonds and probably worth the cost of the watch alone :-)
1/4 carat each and they look very clear so definitely nice quality.
Congrats on a beautiful watch.
