Here is a curious one. Case is marked Bulova on the outside (with a star) and date code of M3. Case back is marked Star Watch Case Co. on the inside. Movement is a 10BP with a date code of 1959, which doesn't bother me, as it could have been a left over movement used in an obscure low production watch. Dial says it's supposed to be a 23.
Movement and dial are a perfect match to the case. Watch is signed on movement, dial, case back and crown. Kreisler band shown in last photo was on the watch when I received it, but not wearable. I'm showing it as I suspect it is original to the watch; which is running and keeping time.
Personally, I have no doubt this is legit as seen (w/possible mvmt replacement), but have been unable to ID.

I considered that as well and went laboriously through the linebooks from 1955 to 1965. Nothing. Then I went through all the ads from 1950 to 1969 and came up empty as well. When going through everything, I looked for the watch as presented as well as looking for the case OR face combined with something else - also a dead end. I might have missed it in a poor resolution ad, who knows.
