Hi rmfellis. You say it runs intermittently. It looks like moisture has gotten into the movement around the mainspring barrel area. There's some signs of rust in that area. It doesn't take but a tiny bit of that to bring the movement to a halt. That should be fairly easy to clean up but the movement should get a complete service since it's been exposed to moisture if you plan on wearing it.
