Acquired this many years ago thinking "I'll keep this for my grandson when he comes along" Well, he came along and now 6 years old and what does he want "WiFi enabled and One that you can play Donkey Kong on!"
Quite a small watch only measuring 35mm x 24mm at the crown, I'm sure it would have been a young man's watch
10k GF Bezel, Very straight sided, with only the slightest bevel between the lugs, it's really a very simple design
8AC Movement, 21 Jewels, "L5" on the movement with original Bulova crown.
Rear case is 10k GF with serial B779330, 10K Gold Filled but confusingly "L6" date stamp on case. Could this be one on those end of year models when assembling from old stock inventory??
Inside case is marked Bulova New York.
Having trolled the database by years, movements and serial numbers I've not been able to find a match.
