Note:  I only have a few ladies Bulovas, so I don’t know if it is unusual for this to be cased by Jules Borel.  They certainly have been around forever as a force in American watchmaking and parts. I will leave it to the panel to sort this one out.  Great looking dial.

Nice looking watch, but I'm sorry to say that I believe this is a re-cased Bulova movement in a Borel case, making it 

1955 Non-conforming.

I suspect the dial was with the case and placed on the Bulova movement.

If there's no Bulova stamping on the case then I agree that this is most likely a recase and as such would not qualify to be ID'd other than as non-conforming.
