This is a very unusual case design. I don't recall seeing anything like this before especially with fixed wire lugs. Unknown for me.

It looks like the same case design as the "Lady Maxim" of around the 1945 time period, except it's in yellow gold. I would suspect the original lugs wore out and the wire lugs were added as a repair.
