Purchased this watch from the States about 6 weeks ago - 10k RGP - musical note like lugs. I had the back off and there was a retainer to hold the movement tight in the case. This was spring like and it was a devil of a job to get back - I forgot to make a note of the movement number. I don 't feel inclined to have another look!
Hi Noel. And WELCOME :-)
Well, it's a rather unique bezel design! However the crystal shape looks to be fairly versatile? Do you by chance have the crystal proportions within .5mm? (Length x Width.) Looks to be a unique model??
Best :-) Scott
Hi Scott - yes its about 21mm x 18.5 very slightly concave.
Cheers Noel;

G' Day Noel,
I suspect then (as per the 1955 G-S and '69 SUC acrylics catalogs) that it's either the "IVANHOE" (at: 21.2 or 3mm x 18.8- 9mm? AND IF the crystal curves slightly in BOTH directions?)
Or... if the curvature is rather ONLY vertical (lengthwise) then it's most likely the "HARRINGTON!?"

P.S. I've since also located a third option, the "REGIS." (Or shall I say second, as the Ivanhoe curved and flat top crystals, curve both ways, on the bezel...) Now I'm frankly not certain which design this watch IS!?
Noel, rear case. Is it SS or Gold and are there any markings?
Scott, crowns signed, butler finished dial, stick hands all look original. Those look like bull horns to Me, one I've never seen - mid 40's?
In reply to Noel, rear case. Is it SS or by FifthAvenueRes…
Mark,
It's actually a mid to latter 50s model... Thanks for the input... Yah, I was either outbid, or there was perhaps also another one (typical, on eBay) since listed (?) Either way... this is a scarce to rare model, I suspect?!
Best :-) Scott
Hi - Rear case gold - stamped 8189172 - 10k rolled gold plate L4
Cheers

Bulova case, 54. Nice, unusual also. - One for the sleuths. Maybe Noels Our sniper? : )
Hi Guys - looks to be the Harrington - the crystal only slopes lengthwise - thanks for the info.
Me, the sniper, oh no no no.
Cheers Noel
Here's another, which is typically the way it goes, don't see any then You see 4 or 5 like they travel in herds. 1957 model. Enjoy.

I thought so! (A "Harrington," vs. Ivanhoe...) The "gabled" style glass is spec'd for the 57ish "IVANHOE." (I may list one on eBay?) But I suspect it would lOOk better on that model, vs. the "HARRINGTON?" Anyone have what they believe to be the IVAN???
You should add- in "Harrington" under the "Unknown" (2nd box) if you haven't yet, Noel... (So Stephen can in turn review and update the model name, after adding that model to the (drop down) list...
