I'm good with Caldwell ID. Good ad find/match.
Caldwell looks like a good match; nice job finding the ad. May just be the print, but it looks like the sub dial area in the ad is not recessed like it is in the subj watch.
I think I'm going along with the Caldwell ID too.
Caldwell is the best bet. Wish the ad was clearer but it's good enough.
Nice work. Good ad match to an old watch record.
Good job Bob
"CALDWELL"
It's an interesting ad, how are We arriving at 1951 as its Date of publication?
I don't see a Date.
Jerins' 1951 AA 'O' as comparison to the subject Watch http://www.mybulova.com/watches/1951-academy-award-5305
* Could someone please be as kind to adjust the main title Date of the Watch to 1951, not 1950 as showing.
Thanks!
Verification for the Date of the advertisement presented please, (it's rumored to be '53ish).
