I don’t know the date but the field didn’t offer an unknown option. Unable to open case or find a date code on the back. 

Total of 4 (apparently) diamonds and 6 red/pink stones.

Sue - when presented with a watch that is comprised of non original components we generally ID it as Non-Conforming which means all of the pieces didn't originally didn't come together from the factory. In the example of your watch is appears that a more modern (post 1975) quartz movement has been placed in a case from the late 1950's. It's still a lovely piece, wear it and enjoy it! Thanks for sharing it.
