The pricelists show three His Exc models at $62.50; GG, HH, and II. The various ads state GG as the Yellow gold version, and although there are no available ads showing the HH and II, I do have a photo of a 1948 NOS 'II' variant that I saw online some time ago. It shows the white gold version, which is a match to the subject watch:
It is not alot to go on, but I would be okay to call this the His Excellency 'II'
I also think by process of elimination, the 'HH' is likely the rose gold version.
