Bulova 1948 Her Excellency

Nice ladies watch from the late 40's.  White gold filled case that is somewhat octagonal in shape.  21 jewel movement with 48 date code.   Attractive off-white dial with a very light texture to it.  Gold numbers at the 12 and 6 indices, square dots at the 9 and 3 positions, then circular dots at the others.  Gold colored hands to match the gold indices.  A very simple, but elegant design.  I believe it is part of the her excellency line but didn't see an add that I thought the dial matched on.
