No clue. Could not find anything in the ads, etc.
Apologies, photos not great. Has triangle on movement.(1945?) Case appears to read 'V.M.R. Case CE' in small faint print near the rim . Not sure what might be original. If watch is legit. Case back is puzzling. Any help appreciated.
Welcome! Your watch has a great look, unfortunately, it is what we classify as "Non-Conforming". That is a term for a watch that isn't comprised of 100% Bulova parts. The movement is 1945 Bulova but the case and face were produced by a non-Bulova vendor of replacement parts. The case itself is very similar to a Bulova 23 model, as is the black sunburst pattern center of the dial. That is probably the look they were going for style-wise.. Note that the dial is marked "Bulova Movement". That was done to avoid legal issues with Bulova. These replacements were normally sold as a "kit". Empty case with matching face and no movement to plant a Bulova movement in.
I have a couple in my collection; wear it and enjoy it.

Thanks for the info. Had me baffled. ‘Movement’ signature on dial did not register with me. It is different looking for sure. Think I will give it a service and face lift and see how it turns out. At least no worry about making a Frankenstein out of it. Appreciate the help.
