Hi,  X on the movement would date the Watch to 1943 and recently found a very similar in one of the ads on file:  'ADMINISTRATOR' (?)  -  could be wrong, the ID is from from memory.  Name of the Watch was the 'SUPERVISOR' - but this is not it, sorry.

Sure thing wayne, does that pic help you any? Looks like it has something written in 2 or 3  places, plus the indentation at the top from the factory?. The handwritten part almost looks like dates, cant tell without some jewelers eye loupes. thanks

The hand scatched notes are jewelers marking for when the watch was serviced.

Is The caseback stamped Bulova on the outside? or just on the movement and dial??
